Absolutely! At Miilk Cake Studio, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your cake order, simply let us know within 2-5 days before your original pickup or delivery date. This will give us enough time to make the necessary adjustments and ensure your cake is ready for the new date. Please reach out via email or call as soon as possible to coordinate the changes!

A. Don't worry! If you haven't completed payment, please inform us so we can cancel that one for you. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up or delivery date are not refundable as we've started working hard on preparing your cake. For cancellations between 48 to 72 hours, we'll refund 50% of the total payment after deducting an admin fee. For cancellations made before 72 hours from the pick-up or delivery date, we'll refund 80% of the total payment after deducting an admin fee.

Our cakes sure can be nut free however there is the small risk there may be traces of nuts due to the environment the cakes are baked in however none are physically put in or present.

Unfortunately, not all our desserts are dairy free, however upon ordering we can customise a dairy free cake (especially for you) we just require 5 days’ notice so we can bake it fresh to your desire. Note: Miilk also offers drinks that are made with vegan ingredients, such as our Miilk cloud foam. In addition, customers can choose a non-dairy milk alternative like soy, oat, or almond milk for an additional $1.

Unfortunately, our desserts are not gluten free but our tea drink range can all be made gluten free.

Our cakes and desserts are halal friendly! We ensure all non halal products such as gelatin and alcohol are not included in our ingredient list and we source them with that especially in mind! Unfortunately, we are not halal certified but our desserts sure are halal friendly.

Unfortunately, there are traces of caffeine present in our tea leaves, however we do have drinks that don't use tea such as Mango Miilk, Devil’s Miilk, Ichigo Miilk, Ube Miilk, and so forth.

When placing your cake in the car or carrying the cake, please ensure it is placed on a flat surface and carried from the base.

Keep your cakes refrigerated before serving. Our mud cakes, red velvet cake and brownies are best served at room temperature, so please leave it at room temperature for up to 1-2 hours before serving. Our cookies and tarts can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container. It is best to pick up your cake on the day of your event for freshness, but leftovers can be kept in an airtight container until the expiry date stated.
